Anastasia Kotowski

Dr. Anastasia Kotowski, LL.M., is Head of Department for Financial Markets & Technologies at the Centre for European Policy in Berlin, Germany. As a legal expert at the pan-European policy think tank, she provides comprehensive analysis of EU policy proposals, evaluating their impact and drafting practical policy options for Europe.

Kotowski holds a Ph.D. in Law from Goethe University, Frankfurt, and regularly publishes articles and policy papers across law, finance, and information technology.
