A Portuguese native who has called Estonia home for almost 20 years, he builds digital bridges between countries, companies, and identity ecosystems, helping corporates, startups, and governments navigate their next steps in digital identity, including the emerging EU Digital Identity Wallet (EUDIW) ecosystem. A long-time evangelist for e-Estonia, he actively promotes cross-border digital innovation.
