Maria Markusjan

Maria leads Citi Ventures’ fintech investments in Europe. Passionate about early-stage companies, she previously founded an inventory optimisation software company that raised a Series A, before becoming an angel investor and running her own venture syndicate. A Swedish national, she studied at the Stockholm School of Economics and began her career in M&A at Goldman Sachs in London, later joining EQT and Hg in private equity.
