Martynas Pilkis

Martynas builds tokenisation solutions to unlock new ways in the EU capital market. His company, Axiology, is infrastructure provider developing a DLT-based trading and settlement system. Alongside this role, Martynas is a Board Member at Phoenix Payments, pan-European electronic money institution.

Previously, he held senior roles at the Bank of Lithuania and the BIS contributing to global stablecoin policy, tokenisation and the implementation of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA).
